My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy, especially with the kids running around until late at night. I also found it strange that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with attentive and professional staff, especially at Smokey's. The location was convenient, although the complex could use some tidying up. Dining options were good, particularly at Smokies, but I felt that the Iberian products were lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The location was equipped with everything I needed, and being attached to the waterpark added to the fun. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
