Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy, especially with the kids running around until late at night. I also found it strange that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with attentive and professional staff, especially at Smokey's. The location was convenient, although the complex could use some tidying up. Dining options were good, particularly at Smokies, but I felt that the Iberian products were lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were not only nice and comfortable but also the cleanest I've come across in the past three months, making it an ideal setup for families. While most of the staff were delightful, there was a minor issue with one lady at the front door of the pool who seemed a bit rude. The location was equipped with everything I needed, and being attached to the waterpark added to the fun. The dining experience was good overall, especially at Smokies, but there was a slight hiccup with wait service. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers a great family-friendly experience with clean rooms, a variety of amenities, and friendly staff. However, some rooms have maintenance issues like stains and loud window units, and the water park does have some basic features. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with excellent facilities for the price.
